Under the direction of the HR PMO Lead, the consultant will:
  • Lead the planning and execution of the HR service delivery model redesign
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate the tendering process, including drafting RFPs, managing timelines, and liaising with procurement teams
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and lead the selection process with transparency and rigor
  • Oversee implementation activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and provide regular updates to HR leadership
  • Track and manage the transformation budget in collaboration with Finance
  • Support the development of KPIs and service level agreements with selected vendors
  • Provide strategic advice and an external perspective to ensure the transformation meets its intended outcomes
  • Prepare documentation and presentations for internal governance bodies
  • Contribute to change management and communication efforts to support adoption
Lead the redesign of the HR service delivery modelBring proven experience in HR transformation
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certification or formal training in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Essential Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR transformation initiatives, particularly in service delivery model redesign
  • Strong track record in procurement and vendor management, including tendering and contract oversight
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in international or matrixed environments
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English; working knowledge of French is an asset
Desirable:
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP)
  • Familiarity with organizational change management principles
  • Previous consulting experience in HR transformation contexts
Our client is an international organisation.The consultant will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of this strategic project, including:
  • Coordinating the tendering process for external support
  • Leading the evaluation and selection of bidders
  • Overseeing day-to-day implementation and stakeholder engagement
