Perform administrative tasks such as scanning and uploading ID documents into our HR system
Complete Excel files with personal data for benefits enrollment
Run reports from our HR system (training will be provided)
Create PowerPoint presentations including organizational charts and structures
Support payroll activities by aggregating data from Excel files and preparing documents for benefit providers
Collaborate with the team and proactively offer support where needed
Support the HR team with administrative tasks and data consolidation on excelEager to contribute across various HR activities, including benefits enrollment
Junior-level candidate with excellent Excel skills
Curious, proactive, and eager to take initiative
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and confidential environment
Flexible availability (possibility to reduce to 3-4 days/week depending on workload)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
