- Direct cooperation with the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef
- Representing the Executive Pastry Chef or Pastry Sous Chef in their absence
- Production of cakes and tarts
- Handling the daily Mise en Place
- Production for our banqueting department
- Contributing to designing menus and developing menu concepts
- Doing orders in coordination with the supervisor as well as controlling the daily merchandise receiving
- Compliance with all guidelines and proper storage of all food and raw materials
- Ensuring a smooth work process while maintaining quality standards
- Compliance and daily control of hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines

- Completed training as a confectioner or cook and several years of professional experience in the patisserie
- Team spirit, strong leader
- Organizational skills
- Creativity - your culinary handwriting is reflected in cooperation with our Executive Chef
- Very good knowledge of German and English. Additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
