As a Senior Investment Advisor, you will:Supervise and support two Investment Advisors in their daily activities;Ensure the consistent promotion of the bank's investment solutions and advisory offering;Push the adoption of products and strategies aligned with the bank's investment views;Monitor client portfolios for suitability, performance, and alignment with stated objectives;Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to provide tailored investment proposals;Support the development and promotion of discretionary mandates (DPM);Participate in client meetings to provide investment insight and technical expertise;Liaise with internal teams (Product Management, DPM, Compliance, etc.);Stay informed on market developments, regulations, and product innovations;Help prepare marketing and reporting material in line with client and internal needs.You will play a key role in the client relationshipYou will be part of a human-sized teamMaster's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field;At least 10-15 years of experience in investment advisory, asset management, or private banking;Strong understanding of both advisory and discretionary portfolio management (DPM);Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Client-centric with a proven ability to generate value and deepen client relationships;Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
