You will play a key role in supporting EPAM's continued growth through people programs, processes, policies and practices that enable EPAM to attract, develop, engage, leverage and retain talent in highly competitive markets in the region. We'd love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesSupport the people strategy by engaging with unit heads and people leaders, linking business and people agendas aligned with company valuesBuild strong relationships with unit heads and people leaders, ensuring people management solutions meet current and future business needsAssist managers in effectively leading teams, including feedback provision, supporting development, assessing promotions and reviewing compensationFoster close relationships with employees, facilitating feedback through surveys and dialogues and implement actions to enhance engagement and retentionProvide consultancy and support on people management processes and programs to ensure impactful business successCoach people managers on leadership roles, team management skills and competenciesCreate an environment that motivates employees to perform, develop their talents and contribute to company successManage and monitor HR processes in collaboration with various departmentsRequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in human resources with 7-10 years of HR experience in the technology sector or a similar industry, or overall relative experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience within a people partner and HR business partner roleStrong understanding of employment rules, regulations and Labour lawDeep understanding of local cultural HR/employment practicesDemonstrated passion for people's development and happiness, and a proven track record in fostering positive team environmentsProactive and positive mindset, with the capability to work independentlyResilient and agile, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage pressure efficientlyExcellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing effective solutionsAbility to collaborate with diverse, international teams and build enduring relationshipsA strong commitment to continuous learning, improvement and adapting best practicesA consultative approach, highlighting the ability to engage people and focus on solution-oriented approachesYou are fluent in German and English.
