Who is the company and what is the context?Our client is a well-established and growing organisation in the technology and distribution sector, currently expanding its internal finance systems capabilities. They are seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of their CCH Tagetik platform, with a particular focus on consolidation processes. This inhouse position combines functional responsibility with cross-functional collaboration in a company that values innovation, digitalisation, and proactive process optimisation in Finance and Controlling.The role is based at the company's headquarters in the greater Zurich area and offers a hybrid working model (2-3 days per week onsite).What will you do?
Take end-to-end ownership of the CCH Tagetik consolidation platform and ensure it is optimally aligned with business needs
Lead the implementation of enhancements, especially in the areas of statutory and management consolidation
Collaborate closely with Group Accounting and Controlling teams to optimise consolidation workflows
Support internal users across all levels with system queries and drive user enablement
Ensure timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation reporting
Coordinate with external service providers and internal IT where needed
Maintain clear documentation and support internal audits and compliance initiatives
Act as the main point of contact for all consolidation-related matters within Tagetik
What profile and skills should you bring?
Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik, ideally in the area of consolidation and financial close
Solid knowledge of IFRS / HGB, group reporting and intercompany eliminations
No deep technical programming skills required, but strong functional system knowledge expected
Proactive and structured working style, with the ability to take ownership
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
Fluent English required, German is a plus
Previous inhouse or consulting experience in consolidation systems is a strong advantage
