- Maintain strong relationships internally with the Sales, Talent Delivery, and Support teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and retention.
- Strong understanding of the Accounting and Finance recruitment market.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- In-depth industry knowledge and market awareness.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and opportunities within new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Accounting and Finance market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to match clients with suitable candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase the company's services and capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the team leader.
- Collaborate with other functions, teams, and the talent team to support the candidate acquisition part of the process.
- While this role is primarily focused on sales, proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates to support the talent teams is essential.
- Maintain and expand a strong network of clients that can be easily leveraged to identify new business and diversify accounts.
- Actively share business intelligence, client knowledge, and contractor knowledge to support sourcing strategies and drive business development activity.
- Utilise tools within the technology stack, such as Connected, LinkedIn, Job boards, CV Libraries, and Microsoft Teams, to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Stay up to date with market trends and provide expert insight on the market or job landscape.
