- Support the preparation of statutory financial statements for the group's legal entities.
- Coordinate the work of external accounting providers and auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage communication between local teams and the U.S. headquarters to align on reporting requirements and deadlines.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local GAAP, group policies, and internal controls.
- Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation to external auditors.
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives within the finance function.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an audit firm or in a similar accounting/finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Italian proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
