- Contribute to launch readiness efforts, ensuring alignment across field force deployment, targeting, and performance metrics.
- Design and implement the U.S. vehicle reimbursement program across Commercial, Market Access, and Medical Affairs field teams.
- Develop, launch, and oversee the product sampling program in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Streamline planning and logistics for systems and tools used in the field, ensuring seamless integration and ease of use for field teams.
- Provide advanced analytical training for field teams to enhance their ability to interpret data and act on insights.
- Support commercial capability building through the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, including AI-driven tools, CRM enhancements, and advanced analytics platforms.
- Serve as a commercial operations thought partner to field leadership, offering solutions to operational challenges.
- Identify opportunities and gaps in field execution; simplify complex processes and deliver actionable solutions.
- Develop and maintain cross-functional feedback loops across Sales, Operations, Patient Services, Marketing, and other key teams to ensure continuous improvement and alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational readiness for launch, including alignment across US Commercial, Global Launch Excellence, and Global IT.
- Work closely with field teams and data partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of actionable field insights.
- Partner with Sales Operations to develop, build and deliver dashboards and reports as well as lead in the implementation and training.
- Oversee the integration of multiple data sources (e.g., specialty pharmacy, patient-level, claims) into reporting platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales operations, sales, analytics, or commercial strategy experience; rare disease experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of building operational processes from scratch in a fast-paced, startup or small-company environment.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), incentive compensation, territory alignment, and field analytics.
- Experience with specialty pharmacy distribution and patient-level data
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
