You hold a CFC or equivalent education and have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or retail sector. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, enjoying frequent contact with people and building strong networks, while bringing a positive and motivating mindset to achieve sales targets.You can work independently, managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your proficiency with Microsoft tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is advanced.You are passionate about the sales environment and act as a leader and role model for your Client Advisors. Proactive and hands-on, you thrive on the field and take initiative in all operational tasks. You are performance-driven, with a pragmatic approach to problem solving, and understand the high standards and qualitative execution required in the luxury environment. You have a strong expertise in business vision and execution and confirmed skills in negotiation. Driven by results, you are able to lead various activities such as sales, training, merchandising and visibility of the brand.Known as a dynamic person with a positive mind-set, you are proactive and have a solution-driven attitude.
Excellent listener and communicator, you have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build and maintain strong and trustful relationship at all levels of the organization.Fluency in Swiss German and English is required; knowledge of French and Italian is considered a strong asset. The position is based in Switzerland on the field and involves daily travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland.Finally, you act as an Ambassador for the Company by being an inspirational model to area and others.Additional information
