- Central point of contact and driving force for the creation of specially assigned offers / bids
- Initiate and consolidate pricing and associated deliverables (technical offer, SoW, milestones, compliance matrix schedule)
- Support or lead the customer offer and contract fulfillment process
- Management of Programs & Projects from the initial customer inquiry through contract negotiations to project completion, ensuring compliance with the contract, processes, deadlines, quality, costs and proactive risk management
- Lead internal Projects as needed and as per the individual aptitude / qualification
- Conduct commercial and technical negotiations with customers and partner companies, prepare the necessary documents
- Lead and coordinate all stakeholders involved in the matrix organization and provide appropriate reporting
- Coordinate activities and monitor the supply chain, including all corporate units (internationally)
- Develop opportunities for further business generation in Programs including claim, change and stakeholder management
- Responsible for a positive Project / Program culture, motivating the team and conducting lessons learned
- Contribute to the improvement of the company by proposing innovative ideas and conduct improvement Projects
- Proven experience in managing interdisciplinary Projects / Programs, ideally in a technical environment
- Experience in preparing offers, leading offer teams, and conducting contract negotiations is an advantage
- Project management certification (e.g., IPMA or PMI, either already obtained or willingness to acquire)
- Technical degree with further education in business administration or a business degree with strong technical understanding
- High proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Knowledge of commercial and preferably contractual / legal matters
- Skilled in handling and negotiating with customers and at higher management levels
- High competence and persuasive ability in presentations and leading meetings
- Reliable, committed and open minded for cultural differences
