• Leadership: Responsible for building, leading, motivating, and individually developing your team.

• Target Management: Establish an efficient organizational structure to best support your team in achieving company goals.

• Strategy: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to contribute to a structured and efficient approach to the client market.

• Operations: Manage your own client portfolio and support your team in recruiting and placing IT professionals and executives in permanent positions.

• Experience in successfully leading, motivating, and developing a team of recruitment consultants.

• Strong communication skills and empathy towards your employees, clients, and candidates.

• In-depth knowledge in IT recruitment, particularly in direct search/executive search.

• A completed university degree or commercial training with several years of relevant professional experience.

• Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of self- and time management to set priorities and act successfully.
