- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to embed AI in client solutions.
- Represent the agency in webinars, events, and thought leadership forums.
- Team Management
- Build and mentor cross-functional AI teams.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
- Technical Excellence
- Oversee the development and delivery of AI prototypes and POCs as the following :
- Architect and deploy LLM-powered solutions using frameworks like:
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering pipelines
- Apply LLMOps best practices: automated testing, performance metrics, scalable deployment

- Experience in different industries with use cases such as :
- Banking: Fraud detection, customer service agents, stock trading assistants using GenAI
- Manufacturing: Predictive maintenance, quality control via computer vision, supply chain optimization.
- Utilities: Smart grid forecasting, anomaly detection in energy consumption, AI-driven asset management.
- Proven experience in AI strategy, solution development, and team leadership.
- Deep knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and MLOps.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with tools like Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Mistral ..
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English and French
