- Driving Finance IT business analysis to support the implementation of the Finance Target Architecture (Azure Databricks)
- Analyzing and specifying complex integration requirements for technical accounting systems
- Working closely with business stakeholders to capture and document business needs
- Translating business requirements into implementable user stories and work items in Azure DevOps
- Collaborating closely with development teams and other Finance IT teams
- Analyzing and documenting as-is processes and data flows, performing gap analysis, and defining to-be solutions
- Defining high-quality source system data derivation rules and proposing practical implementation solutions
- Modelling finance data and integrating with the existing enterprise data landscape
- Providing test data and supporting system and integration testing
- Coordinating and supporting UAT activities, including documentation and training materials
- Supporting go-live activities and transition into BAU operations
- Monitoring and adapting solutions based on changing business or technical requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst working on complex transformation projects
- Strong background in financial services, insurance, finance IT, or accounting system integrations
- Excellent experience working in agile delivery environments
- Very strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Solid data modeling literacy, able to read and analyze complex logical and physical data models
- Python skills (strong advantage)
- Ability to produce high-quality functional and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Highly analytical, structured, solution-oriented mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills in complex, international environments
