- Responsible for reporting within Corporate Controlling with a focus on global functions like Sales and Procurement, delivering accurate and timely reports and presentations to Executive Management.
- Contribute to the Group’s annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, with a specific focus on sales-related topics.
- Conduct monthly performance analyses to identify financial trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Prepare and present financial reports to key stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring transparency across the organization.
- Support the implementation of the group-wide Business Intelligence strategy in close collaboration with Corporate IT, including data structuring, dashboard development, training, and change management.
- Support the finance organization with ad hoc analysis and actively contribute to cross-functional finance projects.
- Completed studies in Accounting, Controlling, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced training in controlling (e.g., CMA, CFA, or similar certifications).
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in controlling within an internationally operating industrial company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, provide insights and able to explain complex financial concepts in an understandable manner.
- Expert know-how in MS Office; esp. Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud or Reporting tools like SAP BPC, HFM, COGNOS is a plus.
- Team oriented, proactive and results driven person with willingness to travel, primarily within Germany, France, and Switzerland.
- Fluent in German and English, both oral & written. French is a plus.
