- Oversee general office operations, including answering telephone inquiries and providing switchboard support.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional reception and coordination of internal and external meetings.
- Manage meeting room logistics, appointment scheduling, and call handling.
- Organize international travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, visas, etc.).
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services, and manage office supply inventories.
- Provide administrative support across departments and ensure the accurate maintenance of intranet content.
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and training programs, both on-site and off-site.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client and guest services with a professional demeanour.
- High attention to detail and a structured, precise working style; prior experience in guest relations is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities effectively, and perform well under pressure.
- Open-minded, dynamic, and adaptable in handling demanding or changing situations.
