Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Total Rewards Analyst (Fixed-Term) to support the implementation and organizational readiness for the European Union Pay Transparency Directive across our European markets.This role will play a central part in advancing pay transparency readiness by supporting job levelling reviews, pay equity analyses, governance frameworks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple countries.
