- Completion of investment applications and dealing with investment houses
- Preparation of payment instructions
- Preparation of minutes and resolutions
- Preparation of shares, transfers, deeds, agreements, etc.
- Preparation of correspondence
- Assisting with the collection and collation of client due diligence
- Liaison with various company formation and registered agents in a number of offshore centres
- Preparation of files
- Liaising with the compliance officer re compliance actions
You will have a versatile role in a human-sized companyYou will be independent in your role
- At least 4 years of experience in a trust company in a similar role;
- Bilingual in English (both spoken and written);
- Flexible and adaptable.
