What you'll doWe are seeking a RF/Antenna Engineer to reinforce our Lausanne R&D team with the latest RF testing proficiencies. As an important team member, you will join an interdisciplinary R&D team of hard-working and passionate individuals developing groundbreaking satellite communications antenna technologies.
The day-to-dayYou closely collaborate from highly qualified innovative RF/Antenna Design Engineers to define simulate and test and characterize RF sub-systems and antennas. When something does not get as expected, you enjoy investigating to identify the Root Cause. Accurately documenting and communicating your work is important for you. You work with early-stage demonstrators, as well as new industrialized designs ready for mass production. These topnotch sub-systems allow our team to deliver the best performing Phased Array Antenna systems, as defined in our long-term airborne and land-mobile product roadmap. Thanks to our friendly working environment, highly performing equipment and continuous improvement approach, our organization supports you to best perform in your duties.We seek a meticulous, open-minded and well-organized person, motivated to perform multiple tasks in a wide-ranging environment. What you'll need

MSc or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a similar field with 5+ years of

hands on experience * Experience in RF & Microwave theories; validated experiences in designingand testing activities a plus * Experience in the RF design of Ka, Ku, X, C, and S-band RF-structures andbuilding blocks (phased arrays) * Knowledge of EDA design tools such as HFSS, CST

Experience of design and qualification for harsh/rugged environments (Aerospace)
Strong collaboration skills in an interdisciplinary environment
Strong documentation skills and ability to report on technical solutions and

findings * Travel up to 10%

Swiss, EU Citizenship, or Valid Swiss Work Permit

What will help you on the job

Practical experience on working on RF laboratory testing, system

measurements, and solving skills * Knowledge of: ADS, Matlab, Altium Designer

Material and component procurement, communication with vendor
Supervision of antenna production projects with third party companies
