- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients to understand their staffing needs and present Swisslinx's tailored recruitment and personal leasing solutions.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base through proactive networking, cross-selling, and market research.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for recruitment services.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients in line with company policies and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Candidate Fulfillment: Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure the successful placement of candidates in both temporary and permanent roles.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to position Swisslinx as a leader in the recruitment space.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal colleagues to align on strategies, share insights, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client activity, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, German a strong plus.
- Experience: A proven track record of several years in a similar sales or business development role.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales platforms.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Adaptability: Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
