Securities Transfers SpecialistMain Responsibilities- Free of payment deliveries: incoming/outgoing/internal for all kind of securities, shares, bonds, mutual funds, hedge funds…- Faxes issuance and sending to counterparties- Sending instructions to our custodians/depositaries by swift MT540/ MT542/MT599 or fax- Following up the swift or fax instructions and act to have the transfer settled on time and update the core banking system accordingly.- Opening accounts with the transfer agent when necessary- Being in contact with different departments such as Security Master, Investment Funds, Tax, Compliance, Reconciliation team… for the transfer purpose- Reconciling our cash positions linked to tax or fees issued from trades and align securities positions.Skills and Experience- Min 2 years in a similar position within the financial or asset management industry.- Good knowledge in Stock Markets, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, etc.- Strong team player and able to deliver quality service during intense periods of activity.- Excellent organisational skills.- Ideally, he/she knows the following systems: Temenos – GTmatch– GTExchange (formerly Stelink), SWIFT, Easyway, Vestima, SIX SIS and/or XACT.- Fluent in French and a very good level of English in writing and speaking is required.jpidddf1df0a jpit0835a jpiy25a jidddf1df0afr jit0835afr
