- Support the team in driving sustainability-related initiatives in the portfolio across Private Equity, Infrastructure, Private Credit, Royalties and Real Estate investments
- Support the team in key processes and deliverable, including - but not limited to - managing and generating insights from Sustainability data
- Support the execution on deliverables associated with the annual Partners Group's Sustainability Report and ensuring public assessment accuracy (e.g., monitoring the Sustainability ratings provided by ISS/MSCI/DJSI)
- Supporting and creating key processes, procedures, and controls, to ensure the governance of the firm's sustainability activities is auditable and structured
- Support in the preparation of sustainability regulatory and client disclosures, incl. testing/reconciliations, and audit trail documentation
- Maintain the underlying reporting toolkits (Excel/PowerPoint templates, process notes/SOPs), incl. version control and tracker management across stakeholders
- Support the development of marketing materials and communications for clients, including - but not limited to - PowerPoint presentations
- Support the Sustainability team and the Client Solutions team in answering queries and data requests from clients
- Passionate, highly motivated with a proven ability to manage high workload while meeting deliverable deadlines with zero faults
- Top academic credentials (bachelor's degree preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage complex datasets in MS Excel
- Strong creative mindset to illustrate sustainability narratives in MS PowerPoint
- Familiarity with investment management and a genuine interest in private markets
- An entrepreneurial and self-directed person, able to manage effectively and complete tasks in demanding timelines and with competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability and experience interacting with global senior level executives
- Strong oral and written communications skills in English. Proficiency/fluency in German or other European languages is a plus
