We from Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, are currently looking for an experienced Sales Assistant on behalf of one of our clients, based in Montreux.Responsibilities as a Sales Assistant:
Provide a personalised and memorable shopping experience by anticipating customer needs and exceeding expectations.
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
Proactively drive sales by engaging customers, recommending products, and using up-selling techniques.
Maintain expert knowledge of the collections, brand heritage, craftsmanship, and product details.
Stay informed on new arrivals, current trends, and ongoing promotions.
Conduct personalised client outreach via calls, emails, and exclusive event invitations.
Support with inventory management, restocking, and adherence to store procedures, including cash handling and security.
Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements as a Sales Assistant:
Previous experience in luxury retail or premium customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for customer engagement.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a client-first mindset.
High attention to detail in both store and product presentation.
Genuine passion for British heritage brands, craftsmanship, and luxury fashion.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as needed.
