Our services cover M&A Integration, Carve-Out, Operational and IT Due Diligence, Value Creation and Operational Restructuring. The team comprises advisors with specialist operations, IT and deal / transaction experience from industry, advisory and audit backgrounds.We are seeking to expand our team with IT consultants who work across a range of sectors. As a Manager in our team, you'll advise clients across all sectors, supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions, use your experience and enthusiasm to apply your technical skills across the M&A transaction lifecycle; including pre-deal diligence, portfolio review and corporate carve-outs & integrations. Embark on your next journey and join our unique TS&E team to help solve exciting problems on a daily basis!Your key responsibilitiesYou will work on projects that span the entire lifecycle of a transaction, from technology due-diligence, IT carve-out and integration planning, day-1 readiness and IT exit readinessYou will lead projects developing IT strategies in the context of performance improvement initiatives or value creation plansYou will effectively link business strategy and technology, define recommendations, impact and actionable plansAs a Manager you will be responsible for project management including commercials and risk, client relationship and thought leadership in your area of expertiseYou will develop excellent client relationships at the appropriate client level and be responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work productsYou will support in business development activities including preparing presentations and attending pursuit meetings with clients to help sell workYou will contribute to our practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on our team as a great place to workYou would act as a role model and support development of junior team members, coupled with the recruitment and training responsibilities.Skills and attributes for successApplicable industry and/or consulting experience related to transactions, M&A or IT strategy and transformation projectsHave a broad range of IT experience including, infrastructure, applications, databases and networks or a deep understanding of one or more core aspects of a typical IT functionProgram and project management expertise and a familiarity with industry standards such as e.g., ITIL or TOGAFExcellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insightsA track record of successful project delivery in corporate businesses where you are responsible for managing project team members and vendorsExperience in building strong working relationships with senior clients, including influence, advice and support to key decision makers.Experience in supporting sales and business development processes for professional services projects in a large-scale consulting environmentDemonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysisBachelor's degree and approximately 10 years of related work experience; or a Master's/MBA degree and approximately 7 years of related work experienceA degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related fieldOutstanding communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, in English and ideally in German and/or FrenchAbility and willingness to travel.What we offerEY Switzerland offers you to work in a diverse and inclusive environment with around 3,000 employees from 64 different countries.
