- Manage full lifecycle of international assignments and transfers, from initiation to repatriation.
- Coordinate with external mobility partners on immigration, tax, relocation, and destination services.
- Advise managers and HR on policies, cost estimates, compensation elements, and compliance considerations.
- Prepare assignment letters, documentation, and internal approvals.
- Ensure policy governance, compliance, and alignment with internal frameworks and country regulations.
- Support global mobility reporting and analytics (cost tracking, assignments overview, vendor performance).
- Act as the main point of contact for employees, ensuring a high‑quality mobility experience.
- Contribute to process improvements and harmonisation of global mobility practices.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international mobility, relocation, tax, or global HR operations.
- Experience in a multinational environment and strong understanding of global mobility policies.
- Solid knowledge of immigration, tax implications, and relocation processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work under time‑sensitive conditions.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
