Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.For our Fund Provider Management team in Zürich, we are currently looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage the operational backbone of our global fund offering, with a dedicated focus on Fund Data Management and Reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.YOUR CHALLENGESupporting a team of senior fund specialists, you will serve as the central point for fund data integrity and business intelligence. Your responsibilities include:

External Reporting: You will be responsible for producing and distributing high‑quality reports to our fund partners, ensuring they receive accurate, timely information on fund holdings and flows
Strategic Reporting for Management: Develop and maintain high-level management summaries and KPIs for internal decision-makers. You will transform raw data into clear, professional insights
Fund Data Governance: Oversee the full lifecycle of fund data on the Julius Baer product shelf
Universe Maintenance: Ensure the fund universe is flawlessly maintained in our systems, ensuring all data points regarding our global partners are current and accurate
Interaction with Fund Providers: collecting, verifying, and approving fund related information received from global asset managers and external data providers

YOUR PROFILEWe are looking for a data-driven specialist who thrives in a high-precision environment and enjoys the "behind the scenes" success of the fund business.

Industry Expertise: Direct experience in the fund industry is a must. You bring a solid foundation in fund business operations and fund data structures
Data & Reporting Skills: Proven track record in data management and a strong ability to synthesize data
Service Oriented Personality: Previous experiences in a client service role within the fund industry is an asset

Technical Skills:

Required: Expert proficiency in MS Excel
Advantage: Experience with Tableau and/or Visual Basic (VBA) is a significant plus, especially for automating reporting tasks

Personal Attributes:

Independent, autonomous, and highly attentive to detail
You take pride in data accuracy and possess excellent communication skills
