The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.You will be a member of the Quality Control & Mobile team, reporting to the head of the team.In this role you will work on quality-control-related activities for the three teams (Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Private Equity) and occasionally provide support to the production teams during peak periods.

  • Duration: 12 months (Full time or Part-time (80% - 1 school day per week))
  • Prerequisite: a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school
Your roleYou will assist our Quality Control & Mobile team for the fund operations processes:
  • Providing support operational teams in their daily tasks,
  • Identifying areas of improvement in terms of the process and control framework,
  • Contributing to the implementation of key quality control deliverables such as KPIs and the procedure framework review,
  • Contributing to any other transversal project aimed at improving service delivery.
Your profileQualifications and experience:
  • Pursuing a university degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
Specific knowledge:
  • Knowledge in fund operations,
  • Experience in process and data analysis,
  • Project management and organizational skills,
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Language skills:
  • Spoken fluency in English and French.
Personal qualities:
  • Flexibility and agility,
  • Strong interpersonal skills that enable effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
