As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while building long-term relationships with enterprise clients across German-speaking markets.Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities in DACH markets
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to C-level and technical stakeholders
Understand client needs and align them with our AI-driven SaaS solutions
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as needed
Requirements
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (AI domain preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative sales environment
Experience in the contact center industry is mandatory
Strong understanding of the AI and B2B SaaS landscape and enterprise sales cycles
Native or fluent German speaker (mandatory), with excellent English communication skills
Experience selling to DACH-region clients is highly preferred
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
