- Drive the expansion of the GenTwo network, both domestically and internationally.
- Build brand awareness in the market and cultivate a strong network of investment professionals.
- Attract and retain B2B clients by delivering tailored, structured solutions across all asset classes, from traditional to alternative to digital.
- Excellent communication skills, having the ability to connect to investment professionals, understand their needs, offer a solution in collaboration with your colleagues and close the deal successfully.
- Take ownership of the client relationship, working with an entrepreneurial mindset to ensure prompt and successful delivery of solutions that align with clients' needs and objectives.
- Prior experience in the asset management and/or structured products industry.
- Deep market knowledge and a well-established network of key market participants.
- A results-oriented, highly disciplined approach, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Expertise in financial markets and structured products, enabling you to confidently manage multiple client accounts and requests.
- A client-centric mindset, with a proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality service while collaborating closely with both clients and internal business units.
- Exceptional social and soft skills that enable you to communicate effectively and connect with investment professionals at all levels.
- Eagerness to learn about and possibly develop new market opportunities.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in other languages is a plus.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
