- Coordination with internal and external contacts to ensure the successful planning, conceptualization and implementation of projects in the field of efficient lighting systems.
- Close customer support to meet technical requirements and develop customized lighting solutions.
- Configuration and commissioning in the field of the IoT-based lighting system NOMUS, taking into account individual project requirements to maximize user comfort and energy efficiency.
- Documentation of project progress, identification of risks and problems and implementation of remedial strategies.
- System monitoring and remote maintenance as well as initiating measures in the event of malfunctions or failures.
- Providing technical expertise and support to the sales team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implementation of developed structures, in the form of coaching and training for employees to achieve improvements in project implementation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate project viability through site visits.
- Experience as a field or commissioning engineer or electrician.
- Hands-on and pragmatic solution-finding mentality in the operational area.
- Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English as well as PC user skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Systematic and precise way of working and documentation skills.
- Technical degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering or similar) or HF (technician HF, building automation or similar)
- Good verbal and written communication skills (French).
- Driving license Cat. B.
- Experience with no/low-code tools.
- Linux operating system knowledge.
