Reporting to the Director, Industry Lead, Financial Services, this role is responsible for translating industry strategy and architectural vision into operational excellence, ensuring seamless delivery of banking and digital asset solutions for enterprise clients.This role serves as the bridge between strategic vision and tactical execution, owning the processes, methodologies, and operational frameworks that enable successful client implementations. You will work closely with client delivery teams, product engineering, and commercial stakeholders to standardize best practices, improve delivery efficiency, and ensure consistent quality across all financial services engagements.What You'll Be DoingOwn and optimize end-to-end delivery processes for financial services solutions, including custody, payments, tokenization, and digital asset integrationDevelop and maintain standardized solution delivery frameworks, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks for banking and financial services clientsLead process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery speed, quality, and client satisfaction across all financial services engagementsCollaborate with the Director, Industry Lead, Financial Services to translate market insights and architectural strategy into actionable delivery plans and operational standardsSupport client engagements through delivery oversight, ensuring adherence to best practices, compliance requirements, and architectural standardsPartner with Product & Engineering to ensure solution designs are implementable, scalable, and aligned with delivery capabilitiesDrive knowledge management and documentation efforts, capturing lessons learned and building institutional knowledge across the financial services practiceCoordinate resource planning and allocation for client projects, working with leadership to optimize team utilization and delivery capacityProvide hands-on technical support during complex implementations, particularly around core banking platform integrations (e.g., Avaloq) and blockchain technology adoptionMonitor delivery metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership on project health, risks, and opportunitiesFacilitate internal training and enablement programs to ensure delivery teams are equipped with current industry knowledge and technical capabilitiesAct as a liaison between client-facing teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on delivery expectationsWhat We Look for In You (Required Qualifications)7+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or fintech, with at least 3 years in delivery management, process ownership, or solutions architectureProven track record of managing complex technical delivery programs in regulated financial services environmentsStrong understanding of banking operations and systems, including exposure to: custody and treasury operations, payment systems and clearing infrastructure, or core banking platforms (Avaloq knowledge highly preferred)Hands-on technical experience with solution architecture, system integrations, or enterprise software deliveryFamiliarity with modern technology stacks including cloud platforms (AWS preferred), API architectures, and DevOps practicesUnderstanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in banking, particularly Swiss and European regulationsExcellent project management and process optimization skills, with experience in Agile, Lean, or similar methodologiesStrong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, capable of working effectively with technical teams, clients, and executive leadershipSelf-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of deliveryExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and qualityLanguages: Swiss German, German, and English required; French and/or Italian a plusNice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)Knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technologies, particularly in enterprise contextsExperience with digital asset custody, tokenization, or cryptocurrency infrastructureFamiliarity with Avaloq core banking platform or similar enterprise banking systemsTechnical proficiency in programming or scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar)Experience working with institutional clients such as banks, asset managers, or family officesBackground in business process modeling, requirements analysis, or systems integrationRelevant certifications such as PMP, Certified Solutions Architect, or similar credentials
