We empower exceptionally talented people to do their best work - free from unnecessary obstacles - while fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, accountability, and bold, forward-thinking ideas.We are now growing our leadership team and looking for a VP or Director of Engineering to drive product development, and help us solve some of the most exciting and meaningful challenges in AI today.RequirementsAs VP or Director of Engineering, you will lead the execution of product development, drive engineering excellence, and ensure that our products are robust, scalable, and effortless to integrate into enterprise environments. You’ll build and scale world-class engineering teams, set technical and organizational best practices, and align execution with the company’s strategic vision.Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Development Leadership: Own end-to-end development workflows, from requirements to delivery of high-quality enterprise software.
  • Enterprise Architecture & Integrations: Design and overview that our solutions are designed such that they integrate seamlessly into enterprise ecosystems. Define standards for APIs, security, interoperability, and cloud-native deployment.
  • Product Strategy: Partner across product, design, sales, and customer success to deliver complete solutions – from installation and training to getting value.
  • Engineering Excellence: Manage high-performing teams in Zurich and Sofia. Set best practices in architecture, testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure.
  • Execution & Process: Establish disciplined processes for planning, accountability, and delivery. Translate requirements into actionable engineering plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives and cross-functional leaders to validate requirements, manage risks, and communicate timelines and readiness.
What you’ll bring to our team?Required
  • 10+ years of proven engineering leadership experience, manage and guide Engineering managers on a daily basis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Track record of building and scaling enterprise or SaaS products end-to-end.
  • Deep expertise in product development workflows, execution, and delivery.
  • Strong technical background in modern software architectures, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native environments.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Strategic thinker who can align technical decisions with business impact.
  • Highly accountable, execution-driven, and comfortable making hard trade-offs.
