Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Customer Agent to work remotely from Greece for a renowned car company. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service and have a passion for the automotive industry. As a Customer Agent, you will provide support to German-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring an excellent customer experience from a remote work environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Offer exceptional customer support in German via phone, email, and chat from a remote location.
  • Assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and after-sales support related to automotive products.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the company’s automotive products, services, and policies.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience, especially in the automotive sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
