We have around 1250 employees representing more than 60 nationalities, united as one core of dynamic professionals, committed to our mission.Please note that only online applications will be consideredTo complete our team, we are looking for a:Content & Social Media Coordinator100%Position OverviewThe Content & Social Media Officer plays a role in advancing Ecolint's reputation, visibility, and impact among key audiences, including prospective and current families, students, staff, alumni, international organisations, local authorities, and corporate partners. Reporting to the Head of Communications, the Content & Social Media Coordinator will coordinate the development and delivery of high-quality content across digital and print platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunications and Brand Positioning
  • Partner with the Head of Communications to implement content aligned with Ecolint's strategic goals.
  • Identify and pursue content opportunities to increase enrollment, drive revenue, and grow the Foundation's profile.
Content Creation and Editorial Oversight
  • Plan, write, translate, and publish compelling content across all official social media channels, newsletters, websites, and print materials.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) for both print and digital use, in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all content complies with Ecolint's visual identity, safeguarding policies, copyright regulations, and image use protocols.
Website and Platform Management
  • In close coordination with the Foundation Webmaster, collaborate with key stakeholders to develop website content that highlight Ecolint's unique strengths and high value proposition (academic excellence, bilingual, student support, exceptionally international, etc.)
  • Monitor website and social media analytics to evaluate impact and guide future content development.
Social Media and Digital Engagement
  • Support Ecolint's social media presence by posting video, photography, and using storytelling to reflect the school's vibrant community, in close collaboration with the communication team.
  • Moderate all social media and digital content in strict adherence to child protection and safeguarding policies.
  • Regularly analyse performance metrics and user feedback to improve reach and engagement.
Marketing and Enrolment Support
  • Provide marketing insights and initiatives to support student enrolment and reinforce Ecolint's value proposition to prospective families.
Person specification
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail with the ability to produce error-free content.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to move across campuses in Geneva and Vaud.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams as well as on the post holder's own initiative.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative and engaging website content.
  • High personal standards and strong commitment to quality.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, willing to learn new skills, self-motivated and open-minded.
  • Tact and diplomacy and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Candidate requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media management, or marketing, ideally in an educational or international environment.
  • Excellent oral and written English and French (C1 level or better).
  • Demonstrated experience and ability in copywriting and production of communication materials across all media, both print and digital.
  • A clear understanding of visual branding and safeguarding practices in communications.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and web publishing tools, social media platforms and management tools, SEO, MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word) and Google apps.
  • Good understanding of page layout and ideally some knowledge of graphic design software e.g. Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator. Ability to lay out posters etc using templates in professional graphic design packages and PowerPoint.
  • Ideally, an accomplished photographer.
