- Proactively manage inbound leads and outbound prospecting to drive sales opportunities.
- Conduct initial customer meetings to understand needs and qualify opportunities.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to develop and execute account plans.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast information in our CRM system (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to partner development efforts by building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Design and architect complex storage solutions.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers and the sales team.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and new storage technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Strong knowledge of storage technologies, with a focus on NetApp products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in German and English, with Swiss German and French being a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
