Take over and lead the ongoing Functional Currency Change project to completion.
Coordinate and collaborate with finance, IT, commercial, and management teams.
Manage all aspects of ERP implementation, particularly the financial modules in a multi-currency environment.
Ensure the integrity, reconciliation, and validation of migrated financial data.
Guide the business through best practices in ERP and finance operations, ensuring compliance and optimization.
Assess the project status, identify critical paths, and drive timely and successful delivery.

Leading complex ERP implementation projects (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, but other ERP experience is welcome).
Managing data migration projects (ETL, data reconciliation, validation) in financial contexts.
Deep understanding of financial processes: general ledger, AP/AR, reporting, legal entities, and functional currency changes.
Driving projects independently, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles relevant to multi-currency and legal entity management.
