CRM Assistant - External Asset ManagersFinders is looking, on behalf of our client -private bank, for a CRM Assistant to support the External Asset Managers desk. This role is an integral part of the Client Relationship Managers' team, combining operational, administrative, and compliance responsibilities while ensuring a smooth client experience.Main Responsibilities
Provide daily support to Client Relationship Managers in commercial and administrative matters
Handle account openings, closures, and related documentation
Manage retrocessions and commission processes
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements (FATCA, AML, MiFID, etc.)
Prepare and follow up on client meetings and events
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
Execute, monitor, and control client instructions (payments, securities trading, static data changes, etc.)
Monitor credit lines and investment maturities
Oversee day-to-day administrative issues
Your Profile
University degree in Finance, Banking, or equivalent qualification
Initial professional experience in Private Banking
Excellent MS Office skills; knowledge of Avaloq is an asset
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and prioritization mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders
High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethics
