- Direct support and representation of the Banqueting Manager in all service-related matters
- Coordination of daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow in line with our quality standards in the banqueting and service areas
- Ensuring events are thoroughly prepared and executed in accordance with the agreed Banquet Event Order (BEO)
- Supervision and management of event set-up and breakdown
- Close collaboration and coordination with the Event Sales and Kitchen teams
- Delivering personalized service and professional advice to our guests
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by upholding the highest quality standards and handling guest complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner

- Completed training or degree in hospitality, gastronomy, or event management
- Several years of professional experience in operational F&B, ideally with a focus on banquet/events in upscale hospitality
- Proven leadership experience with a motivating, clear, and appreciative leadership style
- Strong communication skills and confident handling of internal and external stakeholders
- Structured and independent working style, strong organizational skills, and a high sense of responsibility
- Service-oriented mindset, hands-on mentality, and strong quality awareness
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills. Further foreign language skills are an advantage
