  • Lead and motivate an international team with passion and foresight
  • Develop creative cocktail concepts inspired by the latest bar trends
  • Ensure smooth operations, from inventory management to impeccable presentation
  • Train and develop your team to guarantee service excellence
  • Be a heartfelt host, creating unforgettable moments for our guests
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance the Kulm experience

  • Completed training in upscale hospitality or gastronomy, ideally as a bartender
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and the ability to inspire a multicultural team
  • Keen sense of trends and innovations in the bar scene
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Start: December 2025, seasonal contract
