Vertically integrated, Oniverse manages the entire supply chain from design to production across 30 plants, with a global retail network of over 5,600 stores in more than 59 countries.To expand our team at the headquarter in Schlieren we are looking for a highly motivated:E-Commerce SpecialistAs an E-Commerce Specialist, your main goal is to drive online sales and deliver a seamless, engaging digital experience. You will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager, taking ownership of daily website operations, digital visual merchandising, and contributing to strategic and cross-functional initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Planning & StrategyManage the sales calendar in collaboration with different business areas
Develop initiatives to boost online sales with an omnichannel approach
Identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and revenue
2. Content Management & Digital Visual Merchandising
Create and optimize user journeys for different customer segments
Apply digital visual merchandising to improve product presentation and website layout
Manage website content via CMS and newsletters, ensuring SEO best practices
Support content creation using tools such as Figma
3. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs and analyse website performance
Prepare reports to identify improvements and support data-driven decision
Core Skills & Competencies
Strong digital design and creative skills
Expertise in digital visual merchandising
Hands-on, operational mindset with full ownership of daily activities
Effective cross-functional collaboration and communicati
Your Profile
University degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in retail/fashion)
Solid e-commerce background with strong execution and optimization skills
Strong interest in e-commerce, web marketing, and IT
Commercial mindset with problem-solving ability and initiative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Italian; German is a plus
