If you share our passion for sport, we may just be the right fit for you.Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a passionate ICT System & Network Engineer (m/f/d) 80-100% who wants to shape and operate a modern enterprise network environment within a dynamic and international sports-driven organisation.In this role, you will be responsible for designing, operating and continuously improving our enterprise network and security infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance and security across our global IT environment.You will work in a collaborative, hands-on and fast-moving environment, where your ideas matter and where you can actively contribute to modernising and securing our IT landscape.If you're seeking a new challenge in an engaged team and collaborative environment filled with enthusiasm and energy, and you possess a strong sense of teamwork and ownership, then this position may be the right opportunity for you!Your main tasksOperate, support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including core and access switching, VLANs and network segmentationOperate, support and maintain secure network access and connectivity, including Network Access Control (NAC) and firewallsManage and support enterprise wireless environments across multiple locationsLead and assist IT infrastructure and network projects from planning through implementationContinuously improve IT system and security architecture to ensure high availability, scalability and securityManage external partners and consultants in your responsible domainEvaluate, test and source new hardware and software solutionsDesign and create technical concepts and IT architecture solutionsDevelop and implement IT processes based on business and operational requirementsMonitor security incidents and respond accordingly to minimise risk and operational impactEnsure continuous software updates, patching and lifecycle managementSupport the IT Service Desk in daily operations, escalations and troubleshootingContribute to the standardisation and optimisation of the global network infrastructureYour profileYou bring 5-8 years of experience in a similar ICT System Engineer or Network Engineering roleYou have completed an apprenticeship in IT, a higher technical education, a degree in Computer Science or a related fieldYou have enterprise network experience and enterprise network security experience, ideally with Cisco and Aruba technologies (Aruba ClearPass, Forescout CounterACT, Barracuda CloudGen Firewall or Barracuda Control Center)You have experience with enterprise wireless environments, ideally including Aruba Access Points, Aruba Mobility Controller and Aruba Mobility ConductorYou have experience implementing and maintaining IT infrastructure services in hybrid environmentsYou are able to plan, implement and support IT services in complex environmentsYou are able to translate business needs into technical requirementsYou show excellent analytical thinking and sound decision-makingYou have a strong commitment to quality, reliability and a client-first mindsetYou communicate clearly, collaborate well and bring an approachable, supportive personalityYou can motivate, guide and inspire others, also in project settingsYou are fluent in German and EnglishWhat we offerWorking in a hybrid model which allows you to work from our office and from homeRelaxed & familiar working atmosphere, flat hierarchies, positive spirit and many degrees of freedom in your daily workSupport in developing your skills and talents through individual trainings, attending (sports) events and networking eventsSocial benefits, such as a subsidised company pension plan, capital-forming benefits and worldwide accident insurance in a private wardAre you ready to actively shape and elevate every aspect of the sports industry?
