The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.As Transfer Agent, you will join the TA Register's team.The role of the function is to be responsible for opening investor accounts in the Bank's systems, updating data in our systems and performing daily checks related to our professional anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing (AML/ATF) obligations.Your role
Set up investor accounts in the Transfer Agent (TA) unit's systems.
Configure and update client databases.
Archive investor documents.
Handle internal and external requests linked to the client register.
Improve the current way of working by innovating and to simplifying both finance and operational processes.
Your profileQualifications and experience:
Master's / University degree in Finance, Economics or Engineering degree.
Ideally, 5 years' of experience in the transfer agent field on a client register and/or AML/KYC team.
Specific knowledge:
Knowledge of Fenex software.
Knowledge of Multifonds software.
Knowledge of Luxembourg AML/KYC regulations.
Knowledge of the different roles in the investment fund industry (custodian bank, transfer agent and fund administration), as well as of the related regulatory framework.
Dynamic and able to show initiative in problem solving.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals.
Ability to creatively solve problems using multiple and variable tools/processes.
