- Strategic vision: A proven track record of developing and executing a successful, long-term SEO strategy that delivers significant business results and competitive advantages.
- Technical SEO mastery: Deep expertise in all facets of SEO, including technical SEO (crawling, indexing, rendering, ranking) and content strategy. Experience with large-scale site migrations and re-platforming is essential.
- Data-informed decision making: A highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Proficiency with major SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Stakeholder influence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and influence stakeholders at all levels, from engineering teams to C-level executives.
- Inspirational leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire both direct and indirect teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Business acumen: A strong understanding of business models, with the ability to connect SEO initiatives directly to revenue and business objectives.
- Educational background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- You speak English fluently.
