Internship Power Train Dynamics (m/f/d)
- Baden, Aargau
- Praktikum
- Vollzeit
Join us and contribute to the future of energy!
As part of this program, you will engage in cutting-edge developments in the field of rotordynamics. In today’s evolving power grid—particularly with the rapid expansion of data centers—torsional vibrations in turbo-generator shaft-lines pose increasing challenges to equipment reliability and the integrity of rotating components.
To address these risks, advanced torsional vibration monitoring systems are being implemented. You will contribute to the enhancement of our model-based algorithms for processing torsional monitoring data. Your work will play a key role in enabling the efficient analysis of critical customer data and the automated delivery of meaningful, actionable insights.
Throughout the project, you will gain hands-on experience with:
- Modern rotordynamic simulation and diagnostic tools
- Signal processing methods for rotating machinery condition monitoring
- Best practices in clean coding
- Real-world strategies used by a global energy leader to tackle plant operational challenges
