This transversal position will include activities in three main areas: solution, strategy and relationship management.You will take on the following responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis efforts to support the strategic objectives of our activities;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise business requirements;
- Analyse business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimisation;
- Develop and maintain business process documentation (using BPMN and specialised business process modelling tools), including process flows and user requirements;
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management based on analysis findings;
- Guide cross-functional teams in the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements;
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress towards organisational goals;
- Be involved in team-related activities such as coordinating BA/UX practices, contributing to the definition and continuous improvement of shared methodologies, and supporting the development and coaching of team members.
- Extensive experience in business analysis in business computing;
- Extensive knowledge of common business processes / best practices;
- Experience in working in a product management environment;
- Experience with coaching business analysts and specialists in connecting agile roles;
- Familiarity with UX principles and methodologies would be advantageous in this role;
- Experience with ERP systems in the domains of Finance and/or Human Resources is a strong asset.
- Capturing and analysis of requirements for ICT systems: deep enough technology understanding to translate needs to product requirements.
