We are looking for an experienced Industrial Controller to join our headquarters in Baar. In this role, you will go beyond financial controlling: you will analyse processes, identify weaknesses and turn them into practical, measurable improvements.Since 1962, has been a leading supplier in the international timber trade. You act as a sparring partner for management and specialist departments by delivering precise financial insights, analysing workflows and implementing optimisation strategies. Using modern IT tools, you continuously improve reporting, controlling and operational processes.YOUR MAIN TASKS
  • Plan and prepare budgets, forecasts and target/actual analyses
  • Conduct insightful financial analyses by business area and location
  • Coordinate and control reporting cycles at group level
  • Develop and evaluate investment calculations and business cases
  • Create, refine and maintain controlling tools and dashboards
  • Design, optimise and automate reports
  • Act as expert and technical lead in ERP system implementation
  • Map, analyse and document processes in finance, operations and supply chain
  • Identify weaknesses and implement practical improvement measures
  • Standardise and automate workflows
  • Design efficient interfaces and foster cross-department collaboration
  • Cooperate closely with operational teams at production sites
YOUR PROFILE
  • University degree in business administration, finance or similar
  • Professional experience in an industrial or international environment
  • Strong skills in process analysis and optimisation
  • Excellent analytical thinking and high affinity for numbers
  • Very good knowledge of Excel, Power BI and ideally ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills in French and English (German is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%)
