Job Description:To strengthen our client’s security team, you have the option to work from the location of your choice: Bern, Neuchâtel, or Zurich.Your mission:
Personnel management and professional development of the team.
Project and capacity planning for the team, along with responsibility for proper execution and quality assurance of client projects.
Conducting and leading security audits, conceptual work, and advisory/consulting projects in the field of security (focus on French-speaking Switzerland).
Responsibility for and management of client project opportunities.
Proactive acquisition of new clients and maintenance of existing relationships in French-speaking Switzerland.
Development and delivery of internal and external trainings.
Technical development and management of services (focus on French-speaking Switzerland).
Active support of the Marketing and Sales teams in implementing activities and customer service (pre- and post-sales).
Requirements
Strong academic background and supplementary training in information security.
Professional experience in the field of information security, including leading projects of all types and sizes.
Information security certifications (such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or equivalent) are an asset.
Team management experience.
Adopts a cooperative approach; a team player who is loyal and collaborative across teams.
Clean criminal record.
Excellent command of German and French (bilingual); additional knowledge of English is a plus.
