Colocation Sales Director - Systems Integrator

- Define and execute the local go-to-market strategy across your country
- Own revenue growth, pipeline generation, and forecasting
- Drive new business across enterprise, telecom, industry, network, and neocloud customers
- Generate brand awareness through direct outreach, marketing collaboration, and industry presence
- Act as the in-country face of the business at events and within the ecosystem
- Develop both direct and indirect sales channels, particularly via system integrators
- Build relationships with integrators, MSPs, and consultants (50/50 focus on end users vs partners)
- Lead complex, multi-year colocation and infrastructure deals
- Position solutions including high-density environments and future AI/HPC workloads
- Collaborate with central sales teams who can support cross-border opportunities
- Lay the groundwork for future team growth
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline from scratch
- Experience combining sales and market development / brand building
- Deep understanding of data center, colocation and telecom sector
- Ability to sell both directly and via system integrator / partner ecosystems
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience in complex deals
- Comfortable operating autonomously without immediate team support
- Strong network across enterprise, telco, or infrastructure buyers
- Understanding of high-density environments (AI/HPC exposure a plus)
- Experience in market build-up or early-stage growth environments
- Fluent English + local language (French, Dutch, German)
- OTE: 50/50 split with strong, near-uncapped commission structure
- Company car / allowance (negotiable)
- Clear progression path as the business scales to MD level roles
