Develop and refine systematic multi-asset investment strategies using advanced ML techniques
Analyze financial time series, macroeconomic data, and alternative datasets to extract predictive signals
Design, test, and optimize models for forecasting, asset allocation, and risk management
Build and maintain scalable, Python-based research infrastructure and data pipelines
Portfolio Management & Operations (30%)
Support daily portfolio operations including trade execution, risk monitoring, and FX hedging
Manage trade lifecycle processes to ensure seamless implementation of investment decisions
Coordinate with operations, compliance, and custodians to resolve issues and maintain data accuracy
What are we looking for:
PhD in Machine Learning or Econometrics/Finance with a strong ML research focus
Up to 3 years of relevant research or industry experience
Strong knowledge of asset pricing and global markets across asset classes
Expertise in time series analysis, statistical modeling, and advanced ML methods (RNNs, ensembles, feature attribution, supervised/unsupervised learning)
Proficient in Python and experienced with data science libraries and cloud-based research pipelines
Familiarity with portfolio management, trade execution, and operational workflows is a plus
Demonstrated ability to develop scalable research pipelines and backtesting frameworks
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a collaborative, innovative, fast-paced environment
