Its mission is clear: to unlock the full potential of crypto-assets and embed them as a trusted, regulated, and seamless part of everyday financial life.Role Overview:As ATM Operations Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational management of Switzerland’s largest crypto ATM network. You will oversee all aspects of the network’s performance - from technical operations and field service management to partner relations, compliance, and expansion initiatives.This leadership role requires a blend of technical understanding, operational excellence, and strategic foresight. You will manage a team of technical and regional operations professionals, ensuring that every ATM in the network operates at peak reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic development and performance of the Värdex ATM network across Switzerland.
New ATM host partner acquisition, negotiate and manage partner contracts with host locations.
Account management for all existing host partners across Switzerland.
Oversee daily operations, including uptime monitoring, incident management, and network optimization.
Manage service providers, logistics partners, and internal field service team to ensure SLA compliance.
Coordination and prioritization of technical on-site tickets
Support service technicians in the field hands-on for ATM setups, moves and maintenance
Develop and enforce operational processes and data-driven performance metrics.
Drive the rollout of new ATMs, upgrades, and technology enhancements.
Perform server infrastructure maintenance (Linux Server) incl. regular system updates and security patches
Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an operations management role
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Precise and detail-oriented working style
Resilient, reliable, and responsible
Educational background in a technical field
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system monitoring
Basic server administration know-how (Linux Server)
Fluency in German and English; French is an asset.
Knowledge of Bitcoin, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is an advantage
